<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 24, 57-S0
<br />1995, wherein Craig L. Gibson and Kim A. Gibson, Husband and Wife, were the Trustors, which
<br />was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March
<br />24, 1995, as Document No. 95- 101727 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record Books,
<br />which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Fifteen (15) in Block Three (3) in Le Heights Second Subdivision in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Craig L. Gibson and Kim
<br />A. Gibson, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in
<br />respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 24,
<br />1995, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
