<br /> Know All Men By These Preaents, That, Whereas, DONALU E. TERRY and NADINE R. TERRY,
<br /> husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust
<br /> dated the 25�h day of October, 1993, and duly recorded in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 5th day
<br /> of November, 1993, Document No. 93-109523 of the records in said office conveyed
<br /> to Bruce I. Sa�ith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the payment of
<br /> the indebtedness mentioned therein;
<br /> And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said
<br /> trust have been partially satisfied.
<br /> Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the. indebtedness secured by
<br /> said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further
<br /> consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in han� paid, the receipt whereof is
<br /> hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim
<br /> unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors
<br /> and assigns of said owner or awners forever, all the right, title and interest
<br /> which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the
<br /> property, set forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit:
<br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter (SEl/4 3E1/4) , of 3ection Tw�ty Eight (28) , Township Twelve (12) ,�-
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11) �Pest of the 6 P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska, more ''
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beqinninq at the southeast corner of said 3outheast Quarter of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4) ; thence running ovesterly along the �outh line
<br /> of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4) , a distance
<br /> of Four Hundred Seventy Four (474.0) feet; thence deflecting riqht 91° 12'
<br /> 22" and running northerly a distance of Three Hundred Eighty Three (383.0
<br /> feet; thence deflecting right 88° 47' 38" and running easterly a distance �
<br /> Four Hundred Seventy Four (474.0) feet, to a point on the east line of said
<br /> Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 3E1/4) ; thence deflectiny�
<br /> right 91° 12' 22" and running southerly along the easterly line of said
<br /> Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4 SE1/4) , a distance of Three
<br /> Hundred Eighty Three (383.0) feet, to the point of beginning and containing
<br /> 4.167 acres more or less of �vhich 0.624 acres more or less is presently
<br /> occupied by public road right of way.
<br /> To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and
<br /> appurtenances thereunto belonging forever. And further, that, as to the above
<br /> described property only, the said Trust Deed is to be considered as fully and
<br /> absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
