The Grantors reserves the right to use the tract of real estate described in Exhibit A <br /> including the waters located thereon, in any manner not inconsistent with or in derogation of the <br /> drainage easement conveyed herein to the Grantee and may enlazge,reduce or reconfigure the lake <br /> located on the Grantors' real estate as the�Grantors may deem necessary and prudent. <br /> b. The Grantee may introduce waters into the lake through either the facilities drainage <br /> existing at the time of this conveyance or by means of an underground conduit from the right-of-way <br /> for Highway 34. The source of the waters subject to this drainage easement shall be limited to the <br /> lands shown on diagram Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> c. The City shall provide an outlet from the Grantor's lake into the lake known as <br /> Firethorne Lake or the Wood River. The surface elevation of the outlet shall be sufficiently low to <br /> prevent flood damage�o the Grantor's currently existing buildings, fixtures and improvements. <br />
