Badami, Attorney for <br />Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a certain Deed of Trust dated August <br />18,1995 wherein DONALD W. MOBERG AND SANDY M. MOBERG, husband and wife, <br />are designated as Trustors - Borrowers, FIRST FEDERAL LINCOLN BANK, a United States <br />Corporation, formerly known as First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, is <br />designated as Beneficiary- Lender and Trustee. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska August 21, 1995 as Document No. 95- <br />105611. Said Deed of Trust grants to First Federal Lincoln Bank, Trustee the power of sale <br />over the following described real estate: <br />Lot Twelve (12), Argo Second Subdivision to Alda, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more commonly known as 115 Jupiter Street, Alda, <br />Nebraska 68810 <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Attorney for Trustee, states that the said Trustors- <br />Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust by failing to pay the monthly <br />payments of principal and interest of Three Hundred Eight and 98/100 Dollars ($308.98) for <br />the months of February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and <br />November, 2001. As a result of this breach, said Beneficiary- Lender, has elected to exercise <br />the power of sale and to sell or cause to be sold, subject to the first mortgage lien, the <br />aforementioned property to satisfy the obligation of the Trustee. <br />J eph H.
