<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Clifford L Ostrander
<br />and Monica R Ostrander, Husband and Wife, to Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a/Bell Federal Credit
<br />Union for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated September 27, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No #0200008211, has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
