WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998 executed by William D. Diessner, a single
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as S
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #98- 102834 on the 30th day of March, 1998, at the O
<br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Bick's Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 25, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 10283qn the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
