<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated the
<br />23rd day of April, 2001, executed by Clinton J. Marr and Betty L.
<br />Marr, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Mark L. Pfeiffer of
<br />Trumbull, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on April 30, 2001, as Document No.
<br />0200103764, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from Mark L. Pfeiffer
<br />of Trumbull, Nebraska, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Part of Lot Ten (10) of the County Subdivision of a part
<br />of the South Half (S1 /2) of Section Five (5), in Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot Ten
<br />(10), thence in an Easterly direction along and upon the
<br />North line of Lot Ten (10) a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Twenty -One and Five - Tenths Feet (321.51) to the point of
<br />beginning, thence Southerly, One Hundred Thirty -Two Feet
<br />(1321), thence Easterly One Hundred Fifty -Two and Four
<br />Tenths Feet (152.4'), thence Northerly One Hundred
<br />Thirty -Two Feet (1321), thence Westerly One Hundred
<br />Fifty -Two and Four Tenths Feet (152.41) to the place of
<br />beginning, and part of Lot Eleven (11) of the County
<br />Subdivision of a part of the South Half (S1 /2) of Section
<br />Five (5), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9),
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the
<br />Northeast corner of Lot Eleven (11), thence West One
<br />Hundred Five and One -Half Feet (105 1/2'), thence South
<br />Fifty Feet (501), thence East One Hundred Five and One -
<br />Half Feet (105 1/21), thence North Fifty Feet (501) to
<br />the place of beginning,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3D day of November,
