<br />MARTIN G. WELTY and ALICE MARIE WELTY, husband and wife, Grantors, in
<br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, quitclaim and
<br />convey to LUCILLE BRANDT, a single person, Grantee, the following described real estate (as

<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said
<br />Section Five (5); thence running Southerly along and upon the West line of said Section
<br />Five (5), a distance of 1,640.74 feet; thence running Easterly parallel to the North line of
<br />said Section Five (5), a distance of 2,657.3 feet, to the East line of the West half (W 1/2) of
<br />Section Five (5); thence running Northerly along and upon the East line of the West Half
<br />(W 1/2) of said Section Five (5), a distance of 1,640.74 feet, to the North line of said Section
<br />Five (5); thence running Westerly along and upon the North line of said Section Five (5),
<br />a distance of 2,652.5 feet, to the place of beginning and containing 100 acres, more or less,
<br />EXCEPTING a tract of land containing five acres, more or less, conveyed to Marvin G.
<br />Welty and Alice Marie Welty as joint tenants as recorded in Book 174 at Page 347 of the
<br />Records of Deeds in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, also
<br />known as Lot One (1), Alice Welty Subdivision.
