<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed on
<br />December 19, 1997 by MARTIN R. BOLLES and STEPHANIE A. BOLLES, husband and wife, in
<br />which THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, n /k/a WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, N.A., was named as Beneficiary and as AREND R. BAACK, as Trustee, and which was filed for
<br />record on December 19, 1997 as Document No. 97- 110746 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, has been appointed as Trustee,
<br />replacing Arend R. Baack, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated February 10, 2004, and filed for
<br />record in the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property
<br />legally described as follows:
<br />All of Lot 22 and the West 26.5 feet of Lot 23, all in Block 3, Blain
<br />Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of
<br />the final payment due January 1, 2003, with a total current amount due and owing of $30,281.00. In
<br />addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., for all fees and
<br />costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A., has determined to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
