Baack, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee dated February 10, 2004, and filed for <br />record in the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property <br />legally described as follows: <br />All of Lot 22 and the West 26.5 feet of Lot 23, all in Block 3, Blain <br />Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of <br />the final payment due January 1, 2003, with a total current amount due and owing of $30,281.00.
