<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />C. JOHN FAY, JR., a single person, to AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of PRINCIPAL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC., An Iowa Corporation, as assignee S4
<br />of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated December 6, 1993 and recorded December 10, 1993 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 93- 110637 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises,
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Eight (8), of Abrahamson's Subdivision of Block Forty Two (42), of Charles
<br />Wasmer's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such prem-
<br />ises.
