<br /> '�' WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank,a Nebraska Corporation,as Trustee, under the �
<br /> Deed of Trust dated June 5, 1996, executed by Jerome K. Selle& Patricia K. Selle,husband and wife, in
<br /> which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was recorded in �
<br /> the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska,recorded as Document#96-104458 on the �
<br /> 7th day of June, 1996,and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Fourteen(14), in Block Two (2),in Dickey Third Subdivision, a resubdivision of all of Blocks Two (2)
<br /> and Three(3),in Dickey Subdivision, and all ofBlocks One(1)and Two (2),Dickey Second Subdivision
<br /> of the City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br /> entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
