<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a rectangular
<br />tract of ground having a South Frontage of Fifty -three (53) feet and Eight (8) inches on
<br />Charles Street in said City, and a depth of One Hundred and Six (106) feet, together with
<br />a right of way easement over and across the North Ten (10) feet of the West One Third
<br />(W1 /3) of said Lot Five (5) for driveway purposes.
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, § 3531).
