<br />WHEREAS, MICHAEL L. EWOLDT AND JOANN L. EWOLDT, HUSBAND AND WIFE was /were the
<br />original Trustor, COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK the original Trustee, and
<br />COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK the Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated MARCH 27, 1990 and recorded MARCH 27, 1990 in DOC # 90- 101634 of the
<br />Official Records of the County of HALL, State of Nebraska, AND
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under
<br />said Deed of Trust in place and instead of COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK , now
<br />therefore, the undersigned hereby substitutes NATIONWIDE HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY
