Reconveyance by Trustee. Upon written �equest of Beneficiary stating that all sums secu�ed he�eby have bc <br /> paid and upon surrender of this Second Ueed of Trust and any note to Trustee for cancellation and retention and upon payment <br /> Trustor of Trustee's fees,Trustee shall reconvey to Trustor,or the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty,z <br /> portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunde�. The recitals i�such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive pr <br /> of the truthfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as"the persqn or persons legally entitled theret <br /> 16. Nodces. Whenever Beneficiary, Trustor or Trustee shall desire to give or serve any notice, demand, request <br /> other communication with respect to this Second Deed of Trust, each such notice, demand, request or other communication sl <br /> be in writing and shall be effective only if the same is delivered by personal service o� mailed by certified mail, postage prep� <br /> return receipt requested, addressed to the address set forth at the bepin�ing of this Second Deed of Trust.
