<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br /> the Deed of Trust dated September 14, 1992 executed by Arnold C. Wenn and Linda C. �,
<br /> Wenn, married person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br /> undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as Document#92-108072, on the 17th day of September 1992, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br /> of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130), IN KOENIG AND WIEBE'S �
<br /> ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. I
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br /> Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
