<br />JOINT TENANTS, AN UNDIVIDED FIVE - SEVENTHS (5/7) INTEREST AND NORWEST
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, N.A. TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT C LAWRENCE IRREVOCABLE
<br />TRUST FOR MATTHEW R LAWRENCE, AN UNDIVIDED TWO - SEVENTHS (2/7) INTEREST
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 30, 1997 and recorded OCTOBER 31, 1997 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />Number 97- 109142 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
