<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska, Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated October
<br />29, 1999, between Cobalt Auto Stores, L.L.C., a NE Limited Liability Company as Trustor (s),
<br />Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska as Beneficiary, and Pinnacle Bank, Omaha, Nebraska as
<br />Trustee, filed November 15, 1999 in Instrument #0099110985, of the Mortgage Records in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of performance in full by
<br />the said Trustor (s) of all obligations imposed by the said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor (s) the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot 2, Fonner Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with non - exclusive easement rights contained in Declaration of Easement dated
<br />August 12, 1998, filed August 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 108530, Hall County records.
<br />Thereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens; encumbrances, covenants and
<br />restrictions not imposed upon said property by the undersigned, and are made for the sole and
<br />only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
