Legacy ("Lessee") is the owner of a billboard structure (the `Billboard") located <br />on land owned by Bosselman, Inc. (the "Owner") described as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Johnson Subdivision, an addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska <br />b. On January 6, 2026, Legacy Outdoor Advertising, LLC entered into a lease (the <br />"Lease") with Bosselman Pump & Pantry Inc Fka Bosselman Inc. for the construction and <br />maintenance of the Billboard. Both parties have a copy of the lease. <br />The term of the Lease is ten years, beginning on October 1, 2026 (the `Effective Date"), <br />and ending on September 30, 2036. It shall then continue for three consecutive 5-year terms <br />unless Lessee shall give written notice of non -renewal at least 90 days prior to the expiration of <br />the then current term to the Lessor. <br />The Lessee is currently in possession of the Leased Premises. <br />The amount of the rent and other terms of the Lease are as provided for in the Lease. <br />State of Nebraska, Buffalo County: <br />Legacy Ou s oor dvertising, LLC <br />By: <br />Title: <br />
