<br /> Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($6, 218 .48) , and per diem interest of
<br /> (Twenty-Eight Dollars and Sixty-Three Cents ($28 . 63) from and after
<br /> May 10, 1999 . In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to Trustee,
<br /> Five Points Bank, for all fees and costs associated with this
<br /> default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska Statute � 76-1012 .
<br /> By virtue of said default, Trustee, Five Points Bank, has
<br /> determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br /> satisfy the obligations referred to above. '
<br /> The default may be cured within two (2) months of the filing
<br /> of this Notice, and the obligations of the Deeds of Trust may be
<br /> thereby reinstated as provided in Nebraska Statute § 76-1012 .
