<br />Independence Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract
<br />containing 0.666 acres more or less.
<br />DEDICATION
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, GARY E. VALASEK and MARY G.
<br />VALASEK, husband and wife, being the owners of the land described hereon,
<br />have caused some to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as
<br />AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE SECOND SUBDIVISION, in the City of Grand Island,
