<br />Nebraska, less and excepting therefrom Fair Weather

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTORS have determined the GRANTEE is the person entitled
<br />to distribution of the interest in real estate from the Estate of
<br />Lillie Kay, Deceased.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEE that GRANTORS have legal
<br />power and lawful authority to convey the real estate to GRANTEE.
