Depue ("Affiant"), being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states as follows: <br />1. Affiant is the attorney for FAITH CONGREGATIONAL, a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, <br />formerly known as UNITED CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA (the "Corporation"), and makes this Affidavit based upon his personal knowledge of <br />the matters stated herein. <br />2. The Corporation was formerly named UNITED CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA. <br />3. The Corporation adopted Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation changing its <br />corporate name to FAITH CONGREGATIONAL. The Amended and Restated Articles of <br />Incorporation were filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on August 26, 2026, as Filing <br />Document No. 2608191263. <br />4. The Corporation is the owner of the real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, legally <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The Hall <br />County Assessor records identify the property as Parcel ID No. 40009862 with street address of <br />405 E. Bismark Road, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801. <br />
