<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings and loan association, as the trustee under the following referenced Deed of Trust, in the
<br />place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and requests such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such
<br />Deed of Trust.

<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1009, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the
<br />Acknowledgment and Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed VISIONCOMM VENDING, INC., as Trustor, in which
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island was originally named as the Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack,
<br />Attorney, was originally named as Trustee, dated January 11, 2008 and recorded January 16, 2008 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200800409.
<br />2. Direction for Reconvevance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey, without warranty,
<br />all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the Successor Trustee has received written request from such Beneficiary to re -convey the trust property;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a federal savings and loan association, in its
<br />capacity as Successor Trustee, herein called the Grantor, under the Deed of Trust, made and executed VISIONCOMM
<br />VENDING, INC., dated January 11, 2008 and recorded January 16, 2008, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200800409, at the direction of the Beneficiary, does hereby release and re-
<br />confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Riffel Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, Excepting a Tract
<br />of Land More Particularly Described in Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No. 200308989 and
<br />Excepting a Tract of land More Particularly Described in Return of Appraisers Recorded as Document
<br />No. 200201704
<br />to have and to hold the above -described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
