<br />W Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island was originally named as the Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack,
<br />CA Attorney, was originally named as Trustee, dated July 18, 2001 and recorded July 19, 2001 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200107142.
<br />() 2. Direction for Reconvevance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey, without warranty,
<br />▪ all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

<br />WHEREAS, the Successor Trustee has received written request from such Beneficiary to re -convey the trust property;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a federal savings and loan association, in its
<br />capacity as Successor Trustee, herein called the Grantor, under the Deed of Trust, made and executed VISIONCOMM
<br />VENDING, INC., dated July 18, 2001 and recorded July 19, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200107142, at the direction of the Beneficiary, does hereby release and re -confirm unto
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Woodland Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
