Moeller to the United States of America, acting through the Farm Service <br />Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, Trustee for the benefit of the United States of <br />America, acting through the Farm Service Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, the <br />Beneficiary named therein, recorded 07/23/2025, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 202504025, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents <br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and <br />in the estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described <br />premises: <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Ten (10), in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6th P.
