Stat. §76-201): <br />Lot One (1), Hatti's Homestead Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(N1/2SE1/4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Point of Beginning being the Northeast corner of said North Half of the Southeast <br />Quarter (N1/2SE1/4); thence running southerly on the east line of said Southeast <br />Quarter on an Assumed Bearing of S 00°15'32" E a distance of 1034.88 feet to the <br />Northeast corner of Hatti's Homestead Subdivision, a Subdivision recorded in Hall <br />County, Nebraska; thence S 89°44'28" W on the corner of said Hatti's Homestead <br />Subdivision; thence S 00°24'05" W on the West line of said Homestead Subdivision; <br />thence N 89°35'55" W a distance of 154.31 feet; thence N 00°15'32" W a distance of <br />717.71 feet to a point on the North line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter <br />(N1/2SE1/4); thence S 89°34'38" E a distance of 638.00 feet to the point of beginning <br />and containing 14.85 acres more or less. <br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution <br />of the real estate from the trust as the beneficiaries thereof.
