<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated June 14, 2018 executed by SHAYLEE A. JANDA AND CODY M.
<br />JANDA, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary,
<br />and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. or Book 201803842 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of HALL County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank
<br />of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered
<br />to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: SHAYLEE A. JANDA AND CODY M. JANDA the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder, to -wit:
