On . s-I— (2_ , 2026, Adam Knecht and Jana K. Knecht, as Transferors signed <br />a revocable tradsfer on death deed concerning the real estate legally described on the attached <br />Exhibit "A" and the two witnesses signed as witnesses. <br />2. Under §76-3409 a revocable transfer on death deed must be signed by two disinterested <br />witnesses. Under §76-3402(3) a disinterested witness is someone who is not a designated beneficiary <br />and who is not an heir, a child, or a spouse of the designated beneficiary. <br />3. By signing this document the Transferors along with the two witnesses each state that each <br />of the two witnesses is a disinterested witness. <br />4. The Legal Description of the real estate affected is set forth on Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br />
