This Transfer on Death Deed is revocable. Adam Knecht has the right to revoke, withdraw or rescind this deed at any time. It does not transfer any ownership until the death of Adam Knecht, as set forth above. It revokes all prior beneficiary designations by Transferors for this interest in real property.
