Mack and Thomas Fieldgrove, wife and husband, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />November 21, 2002 as Instrument No. 2002 -12947 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed <br />the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Part of Lot Eight (8) of Norwood Subdivision of part of the West Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter (WI/2 NW 1 /4) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9) West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point One Hundred and Six (106) feet West of the Southeast Corner of <br />Lot Eight (8) and running thence North, a distance of Two Hundred and Twenty -Six (226) <br />feet; thence West a distance of Seventy -Six (76) feet; thence South a distance of Two <br />Hundred Twenty -Six (226) feet to the South boundary line of said Lot Eight (8); thence <br />running East along the South boundary line of said Lot Eight (8) a distance of Seventy -Six <br />(76) feet to the point of beginning, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
