200112281 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $44,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Associates <br />Financial Services Company, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), the following described real <br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Sixteen (16) in Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Associates Financial Services <br />Company, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc.
