(MD), being the highest bidder, for <br />the sum of $57,900.00, which sale fully complied with the requirements of said statute. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee, <br />and in consideration of the sum of $57,900.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, <br />Michael F. (MD), the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixty Six (66), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Associates Financial Services <br />Company of Nebraska, Inc., a division of CitiFinancial, Inc.
