<br />Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, said deed of trust conveying the

<br />Quarter (W1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point One Hundred and Six (106) feet West of the Southeast Corner of
<br />Lot Eight (8) and running thence North, a distance of Two Hundred and Twenty -Six
<br />(226) feet; thence West a distance of Seventy -Six (76) feet; thence South a distance of
