<br />dated October 15, 2018, and any amendments thereto, GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and
<br />other consideration received from JOHN F. BROWN and JOYCE M. BROWN, husband and wife, as Joint
<br />Tenants with Rights of Survivorship, GRANTEES, convey to Grantees, the following described real estate:

<br />Nebraska, previously described as a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW%) of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter, said point being 270.0
<br />feet East of the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence running Easterly
<br />along the North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 270.0 feet; thence running
<br />Southerly, and parallel to the West line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 323.0 feet;
<br />thence running Westerly and parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter a
<br />distance of 270.0 feet; thence running Northerly and parallel to the West line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter a distance of 323.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.00
<br />acres, more or less, located in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally (if more than one), with GRANTEES that GRANTORS are lawfully
<br />seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances, except those of record; has legal power and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same; and warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
