<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated May 14, 2026,
<br />executed by Patrick J McGuire, not personally but as a Trustee on behalf of Patrick J McGuire Revocable Living
<br />Trust; Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and
<br />recorded May 22, 2026; Instrument number 202603258, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed
<br />of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All that part of the South Half (S 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), lying South of
<br />the Old military Road, formerly known as the Oregon Trail; and the portion of the North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4) of said Section Twenty Seven (27) lying south of the said Old military Road, formerly known as the
<br />Oregon Trail, and the part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of said Section Twenty
<br />Seven (27), lying North of the Union Pacific Railroad Company Right -of -Way, except land previously deeded for
<br />road, all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as S1/2NE1/4 and N1/2NE1/4 and NE1/4SE/14 of 27-10-12 Hall
<br />County, NE
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
