<br /> WHEREAS,the undersigned,Five Points Bank,a Nebraska Corporation,as Trustee,under the ���
<br /> Deed of Trust dated October 15, 1998,executed by Jim Buck and Linda Buck,husband and wife AND �
<br /> Curt L. Ratliff,a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,and the undersigned as
<br /> Trustee,which was recorded as Doc. #98-110091 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, �
<br /> Nebraska,recorded on the 16�'day of October, 1998, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank,as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br /> as follows:
<br /> Lot Thirty-nine(39),Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br /> the undersigned as Trustee,does hereby reconvey,without warranty,to the person or persons legally
<br /> enritled thereto,the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
