McDermott and Jennifer J. McDermott, Grantors/Transferors, transfer all <br />of our interest in the following described property to Curt R. McDermott. Said transfer to be <br />effective at the death of the survivor of the two Grantors. The real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. '76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska is described as follows: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Twenty -Two (22), Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Subject to an easement reserved to Kylie J. Range for ingress and egress across and upon <br />a triangular portion of said real estate legally described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northeast corner of Lot 6, thence traversing West along the lot line a distance of 11 feet, <br />thence turning and traversing in a Southeasterly direction to a point on the East lot line of <br />Lot 6, which is 11 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 6, thence traversing North along <br />the East lot line to the point of beginning. <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record <br />I may revoke this deed.
