Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />REFUNDS: <br />CASH <br />CHECK <br />RECORDED <br />HALL G1:1..1NNTY NE <br />202b AUG -L P I: 53 <br />WOLD <br />REGISTEE OF DEEDS <br />OP° <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of > use 2026, <br />by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee, and is with reference to a First Deed of <br />Trust and a Second Deed of Trust, both of which wherein Grand Island Area Habitat for <br />Humanity, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, is Beneficiary and Cristina Terrazas, a single person, is <br />Trustor and Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a First Deed of Trust and a Second Deed of <br />Trust, which were both filed on September 3, 2019, and identified as Document Nos. 201905375 <br />and 201905376, conveying to Trustee, his successors and assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Thirty -Six (36), in Lambert's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deeds of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above -described Deeds of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />ZACHA ZY I3UTVSUC(SESSOR TRUSTEE <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />Cfl , by Zachary Butz, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee. <br />My commission expires: <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State at Nebraska <br />GAIL HAMPTON <br />My Comm.
