Beberniss and Cassandra <br />J. Beberniss, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Hailee N.
