SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />04A)L 001(ej - <br />WHEREAS, Commercial Federal Bank the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as First Party, is the owner of <br />the mortgage dated June 11, 2002 and recorded on the June 14, 2002, as document No. 2002 -06341 in Vol. N/A at <br />page N/A, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, securing a debt in the original <br />amount of $15,000.00 , and covering the following described real estate situated in IIall County, State of Nebraska, <br />to -wit: <br />LO'f 10 IN MEADOW LANE THIRD SUBDIVISION TO'IHE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO TIIE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF <br />WHEREAS, Jodene Ann Worrnuth has executed a mortgage NOT TO EXCEED the amount of $56,920.00, <br />dated Z /?
