Care and Maintenance. Subdivider acknowledges and understands that at <br />all times during the development process and at all times thereafter the property must be maintained <br />in compliance with City Code including insuring that no grass, weeds, or worthless vegetation <br />accumulates and that the property remains free and clear of any prohibited garbage, waste, rubbish or <br />construction debris except for construction materials as allowed by law.
