<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc FKA Bosselman, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Grantor,
<br />to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />June 22, 2015 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded June 23, 2015 as Instrument #201504212 of the Records of Hall
<br />& Hamilton County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $1,000,000.00 has
<br />been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Parcel A: Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) in Block Five (5), in
<br />the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel B: The South Half of the West Half (S1/2W1/2) of Block One (1) Stone's Addition to
<br />Aurora, Except the East Seven (7) Feet thereof, Hamilton, County, Nebraska.
<br />Parcel C: The North Half of the West Half (N1/2W1/2) of Block One (1), Stone's Addition to
<br />Aurora, Hamilton County, Nebraska, Excepting a Certain Tract deeded to the State of Nebraska
<br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 758, Page 435.
