<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated April 7, 2003 and executed by Larson Construction Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200304590 in the Register of Deeds office.
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska dated April 15, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Unit Five (5), Indianhead Condominiums, a condominium in accordance with the Amended Master Deed
<br />and Declaration recorded on February 6, 2004, under Document No. 200401071 of the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska Records
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 11'h day of February, 2004.
