I am a Nebraska Professional Land Surveyor, License No. 727; <br />2. I am an employeeof Initial Point Surveying LLC, responsible for Land Surveying Services in Grand Island <br />Office; <br />3. Ordinance #10060 filed as instrument 202600327 in the Hall County, Nebraska register of deeds, has <br />error in the legal description; <br />4. It is the intent of the City of Grand Island to consider and approve a corrective ordinance at the time of <br />approval of JBA Main Second Subdivision which will incorporate the tract described below into the platted JBA <br />Main Second Subdivision; <br />5.
