<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured. by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Craig A. Wampler and Kirsten M. Wampler, Husband and
<br />Wife, Trustor, to Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St. Paul, NE,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Citizens Bank and Trust Company, St.
<br />Paul, NE Beneficiary, dated June 11, 1999 and recorded on June 11,
<br />1999 and recorded as Instrument No. 99- 105978 of the record of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in
<br />accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate of said Trustee by or through said Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76 -201):
<br />Lot two (2) Eagle Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging to such premises.
