<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank, A State Banking Corporation by and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized
<br />officer, MNB Bank, as trustee under the trust deed dated July 30, 2025 executed by TAMI L VALENCIA
<br />AND ADAM C VALENCIA, WIFE AND HUSBAND AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF
<br />SURVIVORSHIP, as trustor, in which MNB Bank, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee,
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. or Book 202504457 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: TAMI L VALENCIA AND ADAM C VALENCIA, WIFE
<br />AND HUSBAND AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP the estate now held by
<br />it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19,
<br />Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
<br />quarter of said Section 19; thence northerly on and upon the west line of said SE1/4NW1/4 on an
<br />assumed bearing of N00°00'00"E, a distance of 120.94 feet to the Point of begin; thence
<br />N81°31'29"E, a distance of 390.00 feet to a point; thence N51°42'18"E, a distance of 130.29 feet to
<br />a point; thence N04°42'15'W, a distance of 217.43 feet to a point; thence N00°00'00"E, a distance
<br />of 607.12 feet to a point; thence N90°00'00"W, a distance of 470.17 feet to a point on the west line
<br />of said SW1/4NW1/4; thence S00°00'00"W, on and upon the west line of said SW1/4NW1/4, a
<br />distance of 962.02 feet to the point of beginning.
