<br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the �day of May, 1999, Cendant Mortgage
<br /> Services, successor by merger to PHH US Mortgage Corporation, as plaintiff, filed its Petition in
<br /> the District Court of Hall County,Nebraska, against Geoffrey E. Armes,Arend R. Baack, Trustee,
<br /> Home Federal Savings and Loan Association, Beneficiary, and John Doe and Jane Doe, real names
<br /> unknown, as defendants, the object and prayer of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to
<br /> foreclose a deed of trust given by said Geof&ey E. Armes, a single person, to Gordon W. Priest,
<br /> Jr., as Trustee for the benefit of PHH US Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, to foreclose any
<br /> interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to
