202603726 <br />AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT 202506533 <br />Comes now the City of Grand Island and Hall County, Nebraska who hereby amend <br />License Agreement add the following provision to the License Agreement filed on November <br />20, 2025 between the Parties: <br />12.
