Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by RICK A MARTIN
<br />AND KRISTEN S MARTIN HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 9/27/00 7/18/01 and recorded
<br />10/10/00 8/6/01 in the office of the Register of Deeds of . HALL, County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200008352 200107760 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: c>
