<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kimberly A Charron
<br />and Craig A Charron, Wife and Husband,to Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a /Bell Federal Credit Union
<br />for the benefit of Centris Federal Credit Union f /k/a Bell Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated October 27, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of I lall County,
<br />Nebraska, Instrument #0099110393 has been paid and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
